Custom or made-to-order 3D prints may require additional time depending on the complexity.

We’ll notify you via email once your order has shipped.

We ship via Australia Post or Sendle.

Standard shipping times: 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Express options may be available at checkout.

We ship worldwide!

International shipping times vary depending on location (typically 7–20 business days).

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Free drop-off is available in the Adelaide CBD and nearby suburbs only. Outside this area, orders are shipped.

You’ll be contacted to schedule delivery if this option applies.

NAAD 3D is not responsible for delays due to couriers, customs processing, or unforeseen events.

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days, contact us at hello@naad3d.com.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
